26,500 fans packed Vancouver’s Empire Stadium to see Elvis Presley.
It was only the third time Elvis and his band had performed outside the United States – and it would be Elvis Presley’s final concert performance outside the U.S.
The show was stopped twice because of crowd-safety concerns and shortened as fans surged toward the stage.
