Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026

LMS Entertainment (“LMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit lmsentertainment.biz, contact us, interact with our event pages, or use features available through our website.

LMS Entertainment operates in British Columbia, Canada, and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), where applicable.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Contact LMS through a website form

  • Send us an email

  • Make an event, artist or business inquiry

  • Request information about our services or productions

  • Subscribe to communications where that option is available

This information may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Subject of your inquiry

  • Information contained in your message

  • Other information you choose to provide

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through general website contact forms unless it is necessary.

Website and technical information

When you use our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, subject to your privacy and cookie choices.

This may include:

  • IP address

  • Browser and device information

  • Operating system

  • Pages viewed

  • Date and time of visits

  • Referring website or source

  • General interaction with the website

  • Advertising or campaign information contained in a link, such as UTM parameters

  • Links or buttons clicked

We use this information to operate the website, understand how it is being used and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

2. Event and Ticket-Link Tracking

LMS promotes events that may be ticketed through third-party box offices and ticketing platforms.

When you select a Get Tickets button on an LMS event or campaign page, we may record information about that interaction, subject to your consent choices.

For example, our website may record:

  • The city or event selected

  • The LMS event identifier

  • The show or production identifier

  • The ticket destination selected

  • The page from which the link was clicked

  • Advertising or campaign attribution associated with the visit

We use this information to understand interest in specific events and to measure the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns.

A tracked ticket-link click does not mean that LMS knows whether you completed a ticket purchase.

When you leave the LMS website and visit an external ticketing provider, your interaction with that provider is governed by its own privacy policy, terms and data practices.

3. Cookies and Privacy Choices

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics and marketing.

We organize these technologies into the following categories.

Necessary technologies are required for the website and privacy controls to function properly.

  • Understand whether advertising led to website activity

  • Create advertising or retargeting audiences

  • Improve the relevance and effectiveness of future advertising

Marketing technologies are optional.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit the LMS website, you may be given options to:

  • Accept All

  • Reject Optional

  • Manage Preferences

You can choose whether to allow Analytics and Marketing technologies.

You can also reopen the website’s Cookie Settings or Privacy Choices control to change or withdraw your consent later.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before your preference was changed.

5. Google Analytics and Google Site Kit

LMS uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to help understand website usage and campaign performance.

Google Analytics may collect information about website visits, traffic sources, devices, pages viewed and interactions with the LMS website.

Our implementation uses Google Consent Mode to communicate your privacy choices to Google services.

Where Analytics consent has not been granted, analytics storage is set to denied in accordance with our consent configuration.

Where Marketing consent has not been granted, advertising-related Google consent signals are also set to denied.

Google may process information using infrastructure located outside British Columbia or Canada. Google’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy policies and terms.

6. Meta Pixel and Advertising Measurement

LMS uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising activity associated with platforms operated by Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.

The Meta Pixel may be used to:

  • Measure visits resulting from advertising

  • Measure website interactions

  • Record ticket-link interactions

  • Understand advertising performance

  • Create website visitor or retargeting audiences

  • Improve future advertising campaigns

The LMS website is configured so that the Meta Pixel does not load until you grant Marketing consent.

If Marketing consent is not granted, the LMS website does not initialize the Meta Pixel or send LMS website events to Meta through that Pixel.

When Marketing consent has been granted, events may include standard page-view information and LMS-defined interactions such as a ticket-link click.

Meta’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy policies and terms.

7. Advertising Campaign Information

Links used in LMS advertising may contain campaign-tracking information such as:

  • Advertising source

  • Marketing channel

  • Campaign name

  • Advertisement or creative identifier

This information may be recorded by our analytics tools so we can determine which advertising and promotional activities generate website visits and ticket interest.

We use this information for campaign measurement and reporting.

8. Embedded Video and Third-Party Media

Some LMS pages may include video or other media provided by third-party services such as YouTube or Vimeo.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information about your device or interaction when their content is loaded.

Where required by our consent configuration, third-party video content will not load until the appropriate optional consent has been granted.

Once third-party content is loaded, the provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply.

9. External Ticketing Providers and Websites

LMS frequently links to independent theatres, venues, box offices and ticketing providers.

When you follow one of these links, you leave the LMS website.

Those organizations may independently collect information including:

  • Contact details

  • Ticket selections

  • Account information

  • Payment information

  • Transaction information

LMS does not control the privacy or security practices of external ticketing websites.

As a result, information may be processed or stored outside British Columbia or Canada.

When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, governments or law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.
